Mungfali Chikki Banane ki Recipe:
Mungfali ki Chikki_Peanuts Chikki banane ke liye agar ap bhuni hui Mungfali ke danon ka istemal kar rahe hain, to pahle inke chhilake utar len. Aur agar aap kachche danon ka istemal kar rahe hain, to inhen sabse pahle bhun len.
Isake liye ek kadai men 2-3 bade chammach pisa hua namak dal kar garam karen aur fir usmen thode-thode dane dal kar bhun len. Ya fir kadai ko aise hi garam karke usmen Mungfali ke dane dalkar chalate hue bhuna ja sakata hai.
Ap chahen to Mungfali ke danon ko microwave men bhi bhun sakte hain. Iske liye sabse pahle ek chhota chammach pani lekar Mungfali ke danon men chhidak den or 5 minute ke liye rakh den. Iske baad danon ko microwave men 6-7 minute ke liye bhun len.
Bhunne ke bad inhen thanda kar len aur inke chhilke utar len. Iske bad kadai men ek chhota chammach ghi dal kar garam karen. Ghee garam hone par aanch ko medium kar len aur kadai men gud ke chhote-chhote tukde dalen aur chalayen.
Kuchh der men gud pighalne lagega. Jab gud puri tarah se pighal jaye, uske baad bhi ise 5-6 minute aur paka len. Agar aap chikki banane ke liye shakkar ka istemal kar rahe hain, to ghee garam hone ke baad kadhai men shakkar aur 1/2 cup pani dalen aur uski gadhi chashni bana len.
Jab tak chashni pak rahi hai, ek badi plate men bacha hua ghee dalen aur usmen achchhi tarah se faila len. Chashni taiyar hone par kadhai men Mungfali ke bhune hue dane dalen aur mila len. Chashni ko lagatar chalate rahen aur 2-3 minute tak paka len.
Jab chashni jamne ki position men aa jaye, gais band kar den. Ab ghee lagi hui plate men chashni ke mixture ko dalen aur kalchhi ki madad se barabar faila len. Iske baad chaku ki madad se chikki ko manachahe shape men kaat len.
Ab ise 1-2 ghante ke liye rakh den, jisse ye achchhi tarah se jam jaye. 1-2 ghante men Mungfali ki Chikki achchhi tarah se jam jayegi. Ab ise plate se nikal len aur maze se test karen. Bachi hui chikki ko air tight box men rakh len aur jab bhi aapka man kare, iska swad len.
