Nimbu ka Achar Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Achar ka nam sunte hi munh men pani aa jata hai, fir chahe wah Aam ka Achar ho ya Nimbu ka. Jyadatar gharon men Am ka Achar to banta hai, par Nimbu ka Achar (Lemon Pickle) bahut kam banaya jata hai. Jabki ye bahut testy hota hai aur banana bhi aasan hota hai. To fir der kis bat ki, fatafat note karen Nimbu Achar Recipe:

Kagji nimbu (Lemon) - 12 adad,
Gud (Jaggery) - 600 gram,
Garam masala powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Adrak powder (Ginger powder) - 01 chhota chammach,
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Namak (Salt) - 03 bade chammach/Taste ke mutabik.
Gud (Jaggery) - 600 gram,
Garam masala powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Adrak powder (Ginger powder) - 01 chhota chammach,
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Namak (Salt) - 03 bade chammach/Taste ke mutabik.
Nimbu ka Achar Banane ki Recipe:
Nimbu ka Khatta-Mitha Achar banane ke liye hamesha patle chhilke wale aur bina dag wale nimbu ka istemal karen. Inhen sabase pahle dho kar sukha len. Fir ek tez chaku se sabhi nimbuon ke 8 tukde kar len.
Ab chaku ki madad se ninbuon ke beej nikal den aur unhen jar men bharkar namak mila den. Iske baad jar ka dhakkan band karke 15 dinon ke liye dhup men rakh den. 15 dinon men ninbu ka chhilka mulayam ho jayega.
Ninbuon ka chhilka mulayam hone par ek pan men gud aur 1/2 cup pani dalkar pakayen. Jab gud ki chashni ban jaye, ismen nimbu, adrak powder, lal mirch powder, kala namak, garam masala powder dal den aur achchhi tarah se mix kar len.
Is mixture ko tab tak pakayen, jab tak chashni gadhi na ho jaye. Chashni gadhi hone par gais band kar den.
Lijiye, apka Nimbu ka Achar taiyar hai. Ise thanda karke air tight jar men rakh den aur 1 sal tak istemal karen.
Note:-
Achar ke liye hamesha saaf aur sukhe jar ka prayog karen, nahin to achar kharab ho jayega.
Achar nikalne ke liye bhi sukhe chammach ka prayog karna chahiye.
