Hara dhaniya (Coriander leaf) – 01 gaddi (kata hua),
Lahasun (Garlic) – 5-6 kali (man chahe to),
Badam (Almond) - 5-6 adad (pani men bhige hue),
Hari mirch (Green chilli) – 2-3 adad,
Nimbu ras (Lemon juice) - 01 chhota chammach,
Adrak (Ginger) – 01 inch ka tukda,
Jeera (Cumin) – 1/2 chhota chammach,
Heeng (Asafoetida) – 1/4 chhota chammach,
Namak (Salt) – zarurat ke mutabik.
Hari Dhaniya Chutney Banane ki Recipe:
Hare dhaniya kee chutney banane ke liye sabse pahle hare dhaniye ko achchhi tarah se dho kar kaat len. Uske baad adrak ko dho kar chhil len. Ab badam ko bhi dho len aur uske do tukde kar len. Ab dhaniya ko chhod kar saari cheezon ko mixer men dalen aur barik pees len. Uske baad mixer men hari dhaniya dalen aur ek baar aur pees len.
Leejiye, aapki Hare Dhaniye ki Chutney taiyar hai. Ise serving bowl men nikalen aur snack/lnnch/dinar ke saath istemaal karen.
Note:-
Yah chutney fridge men rakh kar 3-4 dinon tak istemaal ki ja sakti hai. Agar aap lahsun nahi khatee hain, to uski jagah par 1/2 chhota chammach garam masalaa daal sakte hain.
