Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Til_Sesame - 500 gram, 
Gud_Jaggery - 500 gram, 
Badam_Almond - 01 bada chammach (aap chahen to), 
Kaju_Cashew - 01 bada chammach (aap chahen to), 
Kishmish_Raisins - 01 bada chammach (aap chahen to), 
Deshi ghee_Pure ghee - 02 chhote chammach.

Til Ladoo Banane ki Recipe:
Til ke Ladoo banane ke liye sabse pahle til ko achchhi tarah saf kar len. Iske baad bhari tale ki kadai ko gais par rakh kar garam karen. Kadai garam hone par anch medium kar den aur kadai men til dal kar lagatar chalate hue bhunen.

Jab til halke bhure ho jayen, to anch band kar den. Bhune hue til ki pahchan yah hai ki unhen hath men lekar masla jaye, to choora ban jata hai. Til ko bhunte samay is bat ka dhyan rakhen ki ve zyada na bhunen, nahin to unka swad kadva ho jayega.

Ab bhune til ko thanda kar len. Thanda hone par 1/2 til ko mixer men halka sa dardara pees len. Fir inhen sabut til men mila den. Iske bad gud ko chhote-chhote tukdon men tod len. Sath hi kaju aur badam ko bareek katar len. 

Iske bad kadai men ek chammach ghee dalkar garam karen. Ghee garm hone par aanch dheemi kar den aur usmen gud ke tukde dal kar use pighla len. Gud pighlane par gais ko band kar den. Ab til ka mixture, kate hue kaju-badam aur kishmish gud ke sheere men dalen aur achchhi tarah se mix kar len.

Ab bache hue ghee ko hath men lekar hathon ko achchhee tarah se chikna kar len. Iske bad til ke gungune mixture men se ek bada chammach mixture hath men len aur uske Ladoo bana len. Isi tarah se til ke sare mixture ke Ladoo bana len aur kisee thali men rakh den. Dhyan rahe til ka mixture thanda na hone paye, naheen to wah jam jayega aur uske Ladoo naheen ban payenge.

Ab apke Til ke Ladoo taiyar hain. Lekin agar inhen abhi aap khayenge, to aanand nahin aayega. Isliye in ladduon ko khuli hawa men 3-4 ghante ke liye rakh den. Iske baad inhen air tight books men rakh den aur 2-3 mahine tak aanand lekar khayen.
