Besan Ladoo Recipe in Roman English - Besan ke Ladoo Banane ka Tarika
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Besan_Gram flour - 500 gram, 
Boora/Shakkar_Sugar - 500 gram, 
Ghee - 400 gram, 
Doodh_Milk - 01 bada chammach, 
Elaichi_Cardamom - 8-9 adad, 
Kaju_Cashew - 02 bade chammach, 
Pani_water -1 3/4 cup. 

Besan ke Ladoo Banane ki Recipe:
Besan ka Ladoo banane ke liye sabse pahle thoda mota pisa besan len aur fir use chhan len. Iske baad kadai men ghee garam karen. Ghee garam hone par usmen besan dal den aur kalchhi se lagatar chalate hue besan ko bhunen.

Kuchh der men besan ka rang golden brown ho jayega aur usmen se sondhi si mahak aane lagegi. Jab aisa ho, to ek bade chammach men pani lekar uske chhinte besan men mar den. Isse besan men jhag uthega aur fir wah danedar ban jayega.

Jab besan ka jhag khatam ho jaye, gais band kar den aur use thanda hone den. Jab tak besan thanda ho raha hai, elaaichi ko chhilkar uske danon ko pees len aur kaju ko mahin-mahin katar len.

Ladoo banane ke liye aap besan men khadi shakkar bhi dal sakte hain, use pees kar bhi dal sakte hain ya fir shakkar ka boora bhi dal sakate hain. Choonki besan men boora milane par ladoo testy bante hain, isliye pahle hum boora bana lete hain, usake bad ladoo banayenge.

Boora banane ke liye ek kadai men shakkar aur paune char (1 3/4) cup pani milakar garam karen aur use bich-bich men chalate rahen. Jab shakkar ke ghol men ubal aane lage, usmen doodh dal den. Doodh ke upar tair rahi gandagi ko nikal den aur ise 7-8 minute paka len.

Jab ghol jamne ki halat men aa jaye, gais band kar den aur doodh ko gais se utaar kar alag rakh den aur ek chhota chammach ghee shakkar ke ghol men mila den aur use chalate hue thanda karen. Thanda hone par shakkar ka ghol boora men badal jayega.

Boora banne ke baad besan ko thanda kar len. Jab besan thanda ho jaye, usmen boora, pisi hui elaichi aur kaju ke tukde dal den aur achchhi tarah se maish karke manchahe size ke ladoo bana len.
