Paneer Masala Dosa Recipe in Roman English - Paneer Masala Dosa Banane ka Tarika
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Kachcha chawal (Raw rice) - 01 cup, 
Ubla chawal (Boiled rice) - 01 cup, 
Paneer - 01 cup (kaddukas kiya hua), 
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 02 (barik kati hui), 
Hari dhaniya (Coriander leaf) - 01 bada chammach (kati hui), 
Tel (Oil) - talne ke liye, 
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik. 

Paneer Masala Dosa Banane ki Recipe:
Paneer Masala Dosa banana ke liye sabse pahle kachche chawal aur uble hue chawal ko ek bowl men rakh kar 2 ghante ke liye bhigo den. 2 ghante baad chawal ko pani se nikal kar usmen halka sa namak milyen aur mixer men pees len.

Ab paneer, hari mirch, kati dhaniya ko aapas men achchhi tarah se mila len aur fir use chawal ke pest ke sath mix kar den. Uske baad Dosa pan (dosa pan na hone par bhari tale wala chhichhla tawa istemal karen) ko garm karen aur ek bada chammach chwval ka mixture tave par udel kar golai men tawe par faila den. Lekin chawal ka pest failate samay is baat ka dhyan rakhen ki vo thoda mota rahe, ekdam patla na hone paye.

Jab chawal ka pest thoda-thoda sinkne lage, to ek chammach tel uske charon or faila den aur dosa ko dhimi aanch men sinkne den. Dosa jab sunahre rang ka ho jaye use utaar len aur sambar aur nariyal chutney ke sath pesh karen.

Agar aapko khameer wala dosa pasand hai, to chawal ke ghol men paneer milane ke pahale use 5 ghante ke liye alag rakh den aur jab chawal ke pest men khameer uth jaye tabhi usmen paneer milayen. Vaise agar aap chahen to paneer masala mixture chawal ke pest men na milaakar use alag se bhi bhara ja sakta hai.

Agar aap aisa karna chahen, to iske liye pan men tel garam karke usmen pyaz va 1/4 chammach jeera bhun len. Pyaz bhun jane par usmen chutki bhar haldi, 50 gram masla hua paneer aur namak namak milakar achchhi tarah se bhun len. Saath hi mixture men aadha chammach paneer masala powder va kati hui dhaniya dalen aur ise utar kar alag rakh len.

Usake bad jab chawal ka pest sink jaye, to uspar paneer ka taiyar mixture beech men rakh den aur dosa ko fold karke utaar len. Fir use chutney aur sambar ke saath pesh karen. ।
