Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Kaju (Cashew) - 300 gram (garam pani men 01 ghante bhige), 
Shakkar (Sugar) - 150 gram (pisi hui), 
Deshi ghee (Ghee) - 03 bade chammach, 
Elaychi powder (Cardamom powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach.

Kaju Katli Burfi Banane ki Recipe:
Kaju ki burfi banane ke liye sabse pahle bhige hue kajuon ko pani se nikalen aur unhen mixer men barik pees len. Iske bad kaju ke pest men pisi hui shakkar milayen aur ek kadai men dal kar medium aanch par chalate hue pakayen.

Jab kaju ka mixture eksar ho jaye aur jamne ki position men pahunch jaye, to gais ko band kar den. Ab mixture ko thoda thanda hone den. Jab yah mixture hath men lene layak ho jaye, tab ismen elaichi powder dalen aur achchhi tarah se mila len.

Ab do polithin ke bade tukde len aur unmen ek or ghi laga len. Iske bad ek polithin ko kichen ke slab par rakh kar uske upar kaju ki loi rakhen. Fir uske upar dusari polithin ki ghi lagi vali satah rakh kar dabayen aur fir ise belan se patla-patla bel len.

Belane ke bad upri polithin ko hata kar jame hue mixture ko manchahe size men kat len.

Lijiye, aapki Kaju Burfi taiyar hai. Ise plate men nikalen aur parosen. Khane ke bad bachi hui burfi ko fridge men rakh den aur 10-12 dinon tak istemal karen.
