Poha Recipe in Roman English - Poha Banane ka Tarika
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Poha (Flattened rice) - 150 gram, 
Besan ke senv - 01 chhoti katori, 
Shakkar (Sugar) - 01 bada chammach, 
Curyy patta (Curry leaf) - 07 adad, 
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 02 (barik kati hui), 
Matar ke dane (Pease) - 02 bade chammach, 
Moongfali ke dane (Peanuts) - 02 bade chammach, 
Nimbu ka ras (Lemon juice) - 02 chhote chammach, 
Hara dhaniya (Coriander) - 01 bada chammach (barik kata hua), 
Rai (Yellow mustard) - 1/2 chhota chammach se kam, 
Tel (Oil) - 01 bada chammach, 
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach se kam, 
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.

Poha Banane ki Recipe:
Poha banana ke liye sabse pahle poha ko been kar saaf kar len. Ab use ek bade bartan men rakh kar usme pani se ek baar halka sa dho len. Dhulne ke baad poha men ek cup pani daal den aur usmen namak aur shakkar dalkar 15 minute ke liye dhak kar rakh den.

Ab kadaii ko gais par rakh kar usmen tel dalen aur garam karen. Tel garam hone par usmen rai ke dane dal den. Rai ke bhun jane par usmen curry patta dalen. Uske baad hari mirch, haldi powder aur matar ke dane bhi dalen aur bhun len.

Iske baad bhiga hua poha kadai men dalen aur chalate hue 2 minute tak pakayen aur gais band kar den. Ab aapka Poha lagbhag taiyar hai. Bas ismen nimbu ka ras dalen aur achchhi tarah se mila den.

Ab garma-garam poha ko plate men nikalen aur upar se hari dhaniya aur senv dal kar test karen.
