Balushahi Recipe in Roman English - Balushahi Banane ka Tarika
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Maida (Wheat flour) - 500 gram, 
Shakkar (Sugar) - 600 gram, 
Ghee - 150 gram, Dahi (Curd) - 1/2 cup, 
Baking soda - 01 chhota chammach, 
Ghee - talane ke liye. 

Balushahi Banane ki Recipe:  
Balushahi banane ke liye sabase pahle maida chhan len. Iske baad maida men dahi aur beking soda milayen aur gungune pani ki madad se halka tight goonth len. Jab sari chizen ek men achchhi tarah se mix ho jayen, atte ko gile kapde se dhak kar 20 minute ke liye rakh den.

20 minute baad atte ko ek baar halke haathon se goonth len aur fir atte ki chhoti-chhoti (nmbu jitni) loiyan bana len. In loiyon ko gol karne ke baad hatheli men rakh kar dabaa kar chapta karen aur fir upar se angoothe se dabaa kar beech men (foto ke mutabik) hole bana len.

Ab balushahi talne ke liye ek kadai men ghee garam karen. Ghee garam hone par aanch heemi kar den aur usmen Balushahi daal kar sunahri hone tak tal len. Ab shakkar men 500 ML. pani milakar gais par chadhayen aur 01 taar ki chashni banaa len.

Chashni taiyar hone par gais band kar den aur chaashni men Balushahi daal den. Inhen 20 minute tak chaashni men dubi rahne den. 20 minute ke baad Balushahi ko kisi bade bartan men nikaal len aur ek-ek Balushahi alag-alag karke pankhe ke niche rakh den, jisse Balushahi ki chaashni sookh jaye.

Ab aapki testy Balushahi khane ke liye taiyar hai. Chaahen to inhen taza-taza khayen aur chahen to air tight box men rakh kar 15 dinon tak istemal karen.
