Chawal Gulab Jaum Recipe in Roman English/Urdu

Aapne Gulab Jamun to bahut khaye honge, par shayad chawal ke bane Gulab Jamun na khayen hon. Chaunke nahin, chawal ke Gulab Jamun bhi bante hain aur bahut testy hote hain. Chawal Gulab Jaum Recipe in Roman English - Chawal ke Gulab Jaum Banane ka Tarika
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Chawal (Rice) - 100 gram, 
Dudh (Milk) - 250 ml., 
Shakkar (Sugar) - 250 gram, 
Hari elaichi (Cardamom) - 02 (pisi hui). 
Pani (Water) - 01 cup, 
Ghee - talane ke liye. 

Chawal ke Gulab Jaum Banane ki Recipe:
Chawal ke Gulab Jamun banane ke liye sabse pahle chawal ko saaf karke dho len. Fir unhen dudh ke saath daal kar achchhi tarah se pakaa len. Jab chawal pak jayen aur dudh puri tarah se usmen sokh le, gais band kar den.

Ab pan men pani aur shakkar lekar use pakayen. Shakkar ke ghol ko barabar chalate rahen. Jab chashni taiyar ho jaye, usmen pisi elaichi dal den aur gais band kar den.

Chawal thande hone par hone unhe sil-batte par khub barik pees len. Chawal peeste samay usmen alag se pani na milayen, nahin to Gulab Jamun bedaul ho jayenge.Chawal peesne ke bad use ek bar achchhi tarah se fent len.

Ab ek kadai men ghee dal kar garam karen. Jag ghee garam ho jaye, hath men thoda sa ghee laga kar chikna kar len aur fir thoda sa chawal ka pest lekar use gol lar len aur ghee men daal kar dheemi aanch par ulat-palat kar tal len.

Chawal ke golon ko sunahra hone tak talen aur fir unhen nikal kar chashni men daal den. Inhen 1 ghante tak chashni men duba rahne den.

Lijiye, aapke Chawal ke Gulab Jamun taiyar hain. Inhen garma-garam nikalen, khud bhi khayen aur dusron ko bhi khilayen.

Note:-
Shakkar ke ghol ko sirf achchhi tarah ubalna hai, ek-ya do tar ki chashni nahin banani hai. Jab shakkar theek tarah se ubal jaye, uske upar aa gayi gndagi nikal den aur gais band kar den. 

Chawal ko mixer men na peesen, nahin to chawal men las nahin aayega aur uske gole nahin ban payenge.
