Palak Malai Kofta Recipe in Roman English/Urdu

Agar veg kofte achchhi tarah se banaye jayen, to sabhi ka man moh lete hain. Agar aapko meri baat par yakin nahin ho raha, to Palak Malai Kofta ko try karen. Palak Malai Kofta recipe behad aasan hai aur khane men to hai hi laajawaab.


Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Kofta ke liye:
Bread slice - 02 adad, 
Paneer - 1/2 cup (kaddukas kiya hua), 
Maida (Flour) - 1+1/2 cup, 
Makai (Corn) - 1/4 cup (ubla hua), 
Beking powder - chutki bhar, 
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 02 adad (kati hui), 
Dhaniya patti (Coriander leaf) - 01 bada chammach (kati hui), 
Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach, 
Kaju (Cashew) - 02 chhote chammach, 
Dahi (Curd) - 03 bade chammach, 
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik. 

Gravy ke liye:
Palak (Spinach) - 04 cup (kata hua), 
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 01 (kati hui), 
Adrak (Ginger) - 02 chhote chammach (barik kata hua), 
Tel (Oil) - 02 bade chammach, 
Dhaniya powder (Coriander powder) - 01 chhota chammach, 
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach, 
Garam masala powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.

Gravy pest ke liye: 
Pyaz (Onion) - 3/4 cup (kata hua), 
Tamatar (Tomato) - 3/4 cup (kate hue), 
Laung (Cloves) - 02 adad. 

Chhaunk ke liye:
Ghee - 01 bada chammach, 
Adrak (Ginger) - 01 tukda, 
Pyaz (Onion) - 01 (medium size ke, barik kati hui). 

Palak Malai Kofta Banane ki Recipe:
Kofta ke liye:
Bread ke kinaron ko hata kar unhen dahi men dubaa den. 10 minute ke baad usmen maida ko chhodkar kofta wali sari cheezen daal kar achchhi tarah se mila len. Sari cheezen eksar ho jane ke baad use 12 hisson men baant kar kofte jaisa bana len. Uske baad kofton ko maide se achchhi tarah se lapet len aur kadhai men tel garm karke sunahra hone tak tal len.

Gravy ke liye:
Palak, hari mirch aur adrak ko cooker men daal kar thoda sa pani milayen aur ek seeti laga den. Ise thanda karne ke baad mixer men pees kar pesṭ bana len. Iske baad kadai men tel garm karke usmen pyaz ko bhun len.

Pyaz bhun jane par usmen tamatar ka pest milayen aur use bhi bhun len. Dhaniya, lal mirch powder aur namak milakar use 2 minute tak pakayen. Uske baad 1/2 cup pani kadai men dalen aur dhimi aanch par 6-7 minute tak pakayen. Uske baad kofton ko gravy men dalen aur ubal aane tak paka len.

Kofta taiyar hone ke baad chhaunk ke liye nikali gayi chizon ko ek chhote fry pan men dalen aur tej aanch men 2 minute tak paka len. Ise pakane ke baad kofta ke upar se dalen aur parosen.
