Green Coconut (Hari Nariyal) Chutney Recipe in Roman English
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Kachcha nariyal (Fresh coconut) - aadha, 
Hara dhaniya (Coriander leaf) - 1/2 cup, 
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 02 adad, 
Nimbu (Lemon) - 01 adad (medium size ka), 
Tel (Oil) - 01 bada chammach, 
Raai (Mustard seed) - 01 chhota chammach, 
Kari patta (Curry leaf) - 07 adad, 
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 01 chutki, 
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik. 

Apple Kheer Banane ki Recipe:
Green Coconut Chutney banana ke liye sabase pahle nariyal se uska khol nikaal kar alag kar den. Uske chhote-chhote tukde kar den aur achchhi tarah se dho len.

Iske baad nariyal, hari mirch, dhaniya patti, nimbu ka ras, namak mixer men dalen aur thoda sa pani milakar achchhi tarah se pees len. 

Pise hue misxture ko bowl men nikaal len. Agar mixture gadha ho, to usmen thoda sa pani mila len. Ab ek fry pan men tel daal kar aram karen.

Tel garam hone par aanch ko dheema kar den aur usmen raai daal kar chammach se chalayen. 

Jab raai kadakne lage, pan men kari pattaa aur lal mirch powder bhee daal den. Sari chizon ko ek baar chalaa den aur fir gais ko band kar den.

Ab rai ka tadka taiyaar hai. Ise nariyal ke mixture men dalkar achchhi tarah se chala den.
