Aaj ham aapake liye jaa_e hain sweet tomato chutney. Yah ek bengali recipe hai aur khaane men bahut testy hoti hai. To lijiye, note kijiye ye special bengali chutney recipe.


Tamatar ki Meethi Chutney Recipe in Roman English - टमाटर की मीठी चटनी
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Tamatar (tomato) - 10 (baarik kate hue),
Shakkar (sugar) - 05 bade chammach (tbsp),
Imli ka ras (tamarind juice) - 1/2 cup (marzi ke mutabik),
Sarson ke dane (mustard seeds) - 1/2 chhota chammach (tsp),
Adarak pest (ginger paste) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Jaitoon ka tel (olive oil) - 01 bada chammach (tbsp),
Namak (salt) - 1/2 chhota chammach (tsp).

Tamatar ki Meethi Chutney Banane ki Recipe:
Tamatar ki Meethi Chutney banane ke liye sabse pahle fry pan men tel daal kar garam karen.

tel garam hone oar usmen sarson ke dane daalkar chatkayen. Fir adarak ka pest dalen aur 1 minute tak pakayen.

Iske baad usmen tamatar aur namak daal kar achchhi tarah se chala den. Ab pan ko dhank kar aanch slow kar den aur 5 minute tak pakne den. 

5 minute ke bad pan men shakkar dalen aur achchhi tarah se chala den. (agar aap chutney ko khat-mitthi bananaa chaahte hain, to pan men imli ka ras bhi mila den). 

Chutney ko chalane ke baad ek baar fir se dhak den aur 5 minute tak pakayen. Zarurat hone par beech men khol kar dekh len.

Agar pani sookh jaaye aur tamatar na gale hon, to pan men 1/2 cup pani dalen aur chalaane ke baad dhakkan ko dhaank den. 

Chutney ke gaadhi hone par gais band kar den aur thandi hone par snack/lunch/dinner ke saath pesh karen.
