Paneer Butter Masala in Roman English - Paneer Butter Masala Banane ka Tarika in Hindi/Urdu
Zarooree Saamaan (Ingredients):
Paneer - 300 gram, 
Tamatar (tomato) -04 (medium saize ke), 
Hari mirch (green chilli) - 02 adad, 
Adrak (ginger) - 01 chhota tukada, 
Fresh cream - 1/2 cup, 
Makkhan (butter) -02 bade chammach (tbsp), 
Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) -1/2 chhota chammach (tsp), 
Haldi powder (turmeric powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach (tsp), 
Dhaniya powder (coriander powder) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp), 
Garam masala - 1/2 chhota chammach (tsp), 
Jira powder (cumin powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach (tsp), 
Kasuri methi - 01 chhota chammach (tsp), 
Hari dhaniya (green coriander) -02 bade chammach (tbsp), 
Namak (salt) - taste ke mutaabik.

Paneer Butter Masala Banane ki Recipe:
Tamatar, adarak aur hari mirch ko dhul kar sukhaa len. Ab tamatar ko 4 peace men kaat kar mirch ke danthal alag kar len aur adarak bhi chheel kar uske 4 tukde kar len. Ab sari chizaon ko mixer men maheen pees len. 

Kadai men ek chhota chammach butter daalen aur use garam karen. Butter garam hone par usmen jeera, dhaniya, haldi daalkar halka sa bhoon len. Uske baad kadai men tamatar ka pest, laal mirch aur kasuri methee daalen aur use medium aanch par tab tak bhoonen, jab tak masala butter alag na hone lage. 

Masala achchhi tarah se bhun jaane par usmen cream, garam masala, aadhi hari dhaniya, namak aur aadhaa cup pani daal den aur chalate huye pakayen. Jab gravy men ubaal aane lage, tab kadhai men paneer ke tukde daal den aur fir use dhakkar 4-5 minute tak dheemi aanch par pakayen. 

4-5 minute baad kadaii ko khol kar usmen bachaa hua butter aur hari dhaniya daal den. Ab aapka Paneer Butter Masala taiyaar hai. Ise garmaa-garam nikaalen aur paratha ya rotee ke saath pesh karen.
