Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Urad ki dhuli dal - 02 cup,
Sela chawal (sela rice) - 03 cup,
Curry patta (curry leaves) - 03 adad,
Hing powder (asafoetida powder) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Jeera (cumin) - 02 chhote chammach (tsp),
Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder) - 02 chhote chammach (tsp),
Adrak (ginger) - 02 chhote tukde (kute huye).

Kanjeevaram Idli Banane ki Recipe:
Kanjeevaram Idli banane ke liye sabse pahle chawal aur dal ko achchhi tarah se dho kar alag-alag pani men bhigo den.

3-4 ghante bhigne ke baad inhen nikal kar alag-alag pees len.

Pisi huyi dal aur chawal ko ek men mila den saath hi ismen adarak, hing, jeera, kali mirch powderr aur namak bhi milaa den aur 20 ghante ke liye rakh den. 

20-21 ghante ke baad curry patton ko bhoonkar mixture men mila den.

Ab ek bade bartan men pani bhar kar idali ke saanchon men is mixture ko bhar kar 25-30 minute tak bhaap men pakaa len. 

Ab aapki Kanjeevaram Idli taiyar hai, ise plte men nikalen aur saanbhar, chuney ke saath pesh karen.
