Easy Imli Chutney Recipe in Roman English/Urdu

Jab bhi aap Dahi Baray, Chaat, Pakora, Samose, Paranthe vagairah khate hain, aapko meethi chutney ki jarurat padti hai. Isliye aaj hum aapko ghar par Imli (Tamarind) ki Meethi Chutney banane ki recipe bata rahe hain. Ye behad aasan hai, aur khane men bahut testy hoti hai. 


Imli Chutney Recipe in Roman English - Imli Chutney Banane ka Tarika
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Paki imli (tamarind) - 01 cup (pani men raat bhar bheegi huyi),
Gud / shakar (jaggery / sugar) - 03 cup,
Kishmish (raisins) - 1/4 cup,
Chhuare (dry dates) - 06 (baarik katre hue),
Garam masala - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Elaichi powder (cardamom powder) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Kala namak (black salt) - 3/4 chhota chammach (tsp),
Namak (salt) - 1/2 chhota chammach (tsp).

Imli Chutney Banane ki Recipe:
Bheegi hui imli ko pani sahit 5 minute ke liye ubaal len.

Iske baad thnda karen aur fir maish karke chhaan len.

Ab gud ko tod kar maheen kar len aur use imli ke pest men mila den. 

Iske baad usmen ek cup pani milayen aur gais par rakh kar ubaal len.

Jab imli ke ghol men ubal aane lage, aanch ko dheemi kar den.

Iske baad ghol men kishmish aur chhuare daal den aur use gaadha hone tak pakne den.

Ghol ko beech-beech men chalate rahen, jisse vah tale men lagane na paye. 

Ghol gaadha hone par usmen garam masala, laal mirch aur namak daal den aur 2 minute tak pakne den.

Iske baad chutney men pisee elaichi daal den aur aanch band kar den. 

Ab aapki Imli ki Meethi Chautney taiyaar hai. Ise aap fridge men rakh kar ek mahine tak istemal kar sakte hain.
