Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Dhaniya patti (coriander leaves) – 100 gram (ek gaddi),
Pudina patti (peppermint leaf) – 100 gram (ek gaddi),
Hari mirch (green chilli) – 04 adad,
Dahi (curd) - 04 bade chammach (tbsp),
Namak (salt) - 01 (zarurat ke mutabik).

Lakhnavi Hari Dhaniya Chutney banane ke liye sabse pahle dhaniya, pudina aur hari mirch ki pattiyan todkar dhul len.

Iske baad teenon chizon ko mixer men daal kar maheen pees len.

Ab mixer men dahi aur namak milayen aur use halka sa chala kar mix kar len.

Ise snack ya kebab ke saath khaayen aur doosron ko bhi batayen.
