Garmi ke mausam men Thandai aur Shake ke sath jis cheej ki sabse zyada demand rahti hai, vah hai Kulfi. Ise dekhkte hi munh men pani aa jata hai. Isliye aaj hum laye hain Faluda Kulfi Recipe.


Faluda Kulfi Recipe in Roman English - Faluda Kulfi Banane ka Tarika
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
For Faluda:-
Corn flour - 400 gram,
Pila rang (yellow colour) - 2-3 bunden,
Pani (water) - 400 ml.

For Kulfi:- 
Doodh (milk) - 500 ml.,
Shakkar (sugar) - 100 gram,
Chhoti ilaychi (cardamom powder) powder - 01 chutki,
Pistaa (pistachios) - 20 gram (chhila hua),
Kaju (cashew) - 20 graam (kate hue),
Kesar (saffron) - 01 chutki,
Pila rang (yellow colour) - 2-3 boonden.

Faluda Kulfi Banane ki Recipe:
Faluda Recipe:-
Kadahi men pani, corn flour aur pila rang daal kar achchi tarah se milayen aur chalaate huye medium aanch par pakayen. Pani gaadha hone par utaar len aur faluda press men dalen. Pres ko thnde pani se bhare bartan ke oopar rakhen aur dhaar banaate hue binaa ruke faluda banayen. Fir unhen nikaal kar fridge men rakh den. 

Kulfi recipe:-
Ek chammach pani men kesar ko ghol kar rakh len. Kadahi men ghee daal kar garam karen. Ghee garam hone par usmen doodh aur pila rang milaa den. Medium aanch par doodh ko pakayen aur lagatar chalaate rahen.

Jab doodh 1/4 rah jaye, usmen shakkar mila den. Shakkar ghul jane tak doodh ko chalate rahen. Fir usmen kulfi wala baki saaman bhi daal den aur aanch se utaar len.

Doodh ke thanda hone par usko kulfi ke saanchon men bhar len aur fridge men rakh den. 2-3 ghante ke baad sanchon ko fridge se nikal len aur unhen garam pani men kuchh waqt ke lie duba kar nikal len.

Ab kulfee ko plate men nikalen aur faluda daal kar pesh karen.
